So I am running the London Lea Valley 50km in March and trying to raise some money for Step Forward - a youth centre in Tower Hamlets, Kiddo attends their LGBTQIA+ group and it's been such a brilliant and supportive space for them, which feels so important when trans youth are under constant attack.

I can still remember getting upset when I couldn’t find Calvin & Hobbes in the comics section of the newspaper the next day & found out it was because Watterson had ended its run.

So McLatchie responded to my videos on undesigned coincidences & mostly retreats to rhetorical variations on “it’s plausible” (to which I’ll respond later), but I appreciate he acknowledged I’m right about the “scholarly literature.” Maybe this is why Wes can’t even try to substantiate his claim.

It would’ve taken Wes Huff less time to cite a few scholarly publications that provide “detailed responses” to my concerns about UC than it did to write this evasive post citing time concerns. It’s clear Wes’s claim was a fabrication but he also just won’t be honest about it.
