All other issues—plagiarism, environmental impact, etc.—aside, the biggest reason not to use AI is that it can't even perform basic arithmetic consistently. Blaise Pascal made a mechanical calculator 384 years ago. AI is literally 384 years behind on math. Can you trust it to do anything else right?
