Beyond being wildly illegal this might also be the biggest own goal in US Presidential History. The bill was absolutely going to pass but our dipshit in chief just couldn’t help himself from threatening people who supported him until they changed their minds and opposed him
This should be the biggest story in the country right now. The sitting US President was extorting state lawmakers from his own party by threatening to withhold public money if they didn’t gerrymander for him.

This is a political and completely baseless lawsuit. The medical orgs are utilizing their fundamental 1st amendment rights to engage in scientific and medical speech. They should get this removed to federal court and get it dismissed.

A lot of journalists are writing stories about DIY now and I don't trust any of them not to scaremonger about it to build support for crackdowns. I've refused requests for interviews on this. Do not talk to the media about DIY.
Trans people need to be careful about talking about DIY. Yes talk about it in the general sense, quote the facts and figures but be careful. Don't give away sources to cis folks. Don't talk to journalists about the details. They're coming for it.
