Just had the worst experience with the AI powered #Telus “customer service.” It is so terrible, the first time I called, I spent several minutes trying to get it to understand what I was asking (unsuccessfully) and then it hung up on me when I asked to speak with a person.

Tried phoning someone and their voicemail greeting said “The person you are trying to reach has met their people limit for the day. Please try again tomorrow.” There wasn’t even an option to leave a message.
I don’t even remember why I was phoning. I just want to shake your hand.
