Last night I was telling the younger people in my Gundam Model building club about YMCA being a song about gay hookups. They had no clue. This is why it's important to have cross generational friendships, think of the things being lost to the ether.

This album is so damn good. Ben Quad has really found a nice mixture of all the extremes on all their previous stuff. Some shouty stuff on here, some real twinkly noodly stuff, and then good old melodic pop punk stuff. Loving it!

I don't think people should be allowed to own driverless cars. If they are to exist at all they should only be able to be used as a public transit option and I think it should be free.

I remember during the first Trump admin my father in law would always be like "this is the thing that's finally gonna stick" every time a new scandal dropped. I think about that a lot. I'm thinking about it non stop today.

I'm glad they're charging the cop here, but without removing qualified immunity in Maryland can anything even stick to him?

Guess it's time to call my senators and ask that they do the same.

Everybody is talking about Absolute Batman where he's breaking Nazi's arms but I think this from the priest in that issue really demonstrates the best we can hope for from the Democratic Party and most of the time we don't even get that.
