I am not interested in debating anything with jerks who have an IQ of less than their shoe size, a reading age of 5 years or less, and nothing to say but nonsense that reveals their ignorance and bigotry.

Congratulations to Lucy Powell on her election as Labour Party deputy leader. I was pleased to see that the authoritarian "blue labour" candidate was rejected.

Shopping done, although I only went to one supermarket for essentials, such as beer and biscuits. As usual I bought everything that was on special offer (including fresh salmon and sliced roast beef), and many of the goods with a yellow sticker on them.

What I like about aristocrats is that satisfying "thud" sound as their head falls into the basket. #AndrewWindsor

On the day of the wedding between Charles and Diana, I went to my favourite watering hole in London. My friend Jimmy Carroll, the man who taught me how to pour Guinness, was behind the bar. Noticing that I was wearing a green shirt, Jimmy said he was pleased that I was wearing my Republican colours.

There's a lot of fascist trolls and magabots crawling out from under their stones today. Fuck them all.

If President Trump would give Ukraine one thousand Tomahawk missiles, then I'd be happy to nominate him for the Nobel Peace Prize.

I've become wary of olive oil (once bitten etc.) so these days I read the bottle carefully. I was pleased to find in a local supermarket 750ml of Kalamata extra virgin for only €23, with everything I like to see. On the label they have printed "Protected Designation of Origin" and "cold extraction".

My plans for today include sorting the pasta in the cupboards.

Several years ago I visited a bookstore that I used to frequent in downtown Oslo. The name over the door had changed, so I asked one of the staff, "what happened to Tanum?", and I was told that it had closed a year earlier. Now the name Tanum has reappeared over the door. Confusing.

Today's brunch was French Toast, using slices of the spelt loaf I had baked 3 days ago. Fortunately I had just enough cream available and I always have fresh eggs.

9 minutes in the air fryer. Topped with strawberries. 🍓🍓🍓

Years ago I used to tolerate Tories. After all the damage that they have done over many years, I hate them now with a burning hatred. When Tory scum attack me on social media, I hate them even more. The Tory party and their media friends are excrement and it all needs to be flushed away, for good.

O dear, I seem to have upset some of the Tory filth. Well, fuck you and your hypocritical party leader.

Storm Amy (or Ekstremværet Amy, as she is known here) seems to be fading. If anyone is missing a trampoline, we have several of them to spare now.

Today is the 89th anniversary of The Battle of Cable Street when the people of the East End of London halted the march of Oswald Mosley’s Blackshirts through Stepney.

Turned on SkyNews television and experienced Richard Tice ranting away about how Starmer had been mean to him and his mate Fartage. What a vile piece of fascist shit Tice is; but we knew that when he was running the "Brexit Party". The fawning of certain UK media over these people I find nauseating.

I am shocked by these pictures from war torn Portland.
Today, Portland ICE facility. Peaceful protesters came with flowers and signs.

With Halloween (All Hallows Eve) approaching, I am not answering any knocks on the front door. In these parts, some of the kids carry hand grenades. Seriously.
