The world literally makes me feel as if there is nobody that I can trust to understand me. Talked to my own mom for an hour today and she doesn't get it, my partner doesn't get it either, I am so tired of everything. It truly feels so unfair and it's all unfair

Does anyone else feel literally insane lately? I've been having a major episode yesterday/today and it won't stop. When I'm anxious I will literally begin to hyperventilate so breathing exercises don't work and my cheekbones literally ache from holding back tears constantly
