Whether you call this a shadow cabinet or simply regular updates from our best communicators, I’m increasingly convinced this needs to happen. Would you support it with your ears, eyeballs and maybe even funding?
Remember during Covid when some governors provided regular updates about what was happening? We need regular updates by the best Democratic communicators explaining the reckless incompetence of the Trump bunch and providing the public a picture of how things can and must be better.

Brief thread on how we got here: Since the GOP won control of the House 2 years ago they have not passed a single appropriations package into law. Government has operated at funding levels set by Dems 2 years ago via continuing resolutions every few months. This is not normal.

If Democrats have access to the Gaetz ethics report and don’t leak it, I think it’s safe to assume they will do absolutely nothing against Trump and his cronies looting the treasury.

Trump talked about closing the Department of Education during just about every campaign speech he made. He was extremely explicit about it -- no coded language. Maybe people didn't understand what they were doing, but they voted for this.
