I keep seeing reports of non-AI users being told that an AI detector has dubbed their work AI generated, and it makes me insane because:
1) AI detection tools *are themselves AI* and thus entirely bullshit; and
2) if an AI was trained on your works, of COURSE it’ll flag you as sounding “like” AI!

Larian gets credit for a lot of things they deserve but they don't get nearly enough for being the first dev to actually understand the role their medium plays in 21st c pop culture & acting like it. Or they just have suits who aren't threatened by voice actors getting publicity. Champs either way

I spent 72 hours checking the posting times of every Gazan account I saw fundraising. More than 2/3 of them were inconsistent with Gaza but consistent with Myanmar or Cambodia, where hundreds of thousands of people are trafficked into doing scam work under threat of violence or death.

I mean hear me out but I don’t really think Labour have ever actually been left wing. They have been fiscally liberal but they have always been socially conservative! This is not really surprising to me. There are multiple axes in play and they are only left on one (1) of them, and barely so

So yeah the real lesson here for everyone, and I know I am preaching to the choir, is that if you want a good life, you need to be willing for people you hate to also have a good life. That’s how we fix this. Else we all burn together.

If Labour actually wanted to wipe the floor with reform, they’d pour money in services- all of them- NHS, transport, schools, social care, pensions- and they’d absolutely clean house.
But a lot of people they think are ‘undeserving’ would get that money, and so… they aren’t.
