I identified myself as a US citizen and a veteran, but that didn't matter. Agents smashed my window, sprayed tear gas and pepper spray into my car, dragged me out. Even after I complied, I was taken to a detention center and held for 3 days without charges. No phone call, no lawyer, no medical care

Paul Saladino is a nonpracticing psychiatrist who lives in Costa Rica. He has admitted he does not follow his own lifestyle advice because it made him physically sick when he tried. He claims to bring a bag of whole coconuts when he flies (a reusable water bottle wouldn’t get him as much attention).

something you have to understand about Trump & his weird comments about the economy is that the dude hasn't paid for anything like a normal person in decades - never pumps gas, never buys groceries - so he's completely & utterly out of touch with what life is like for most of us
