Two weeks ago, tax barrister Setu Kamal tried (and failed) to injunct me.

Today? He’s decided to sue the UK for £3 billion.

Sieving the population? Sound familiar? Othering minorities and excluding them from society and 'deporting' to somewhere without a care. Note these are not criminals.
Times editorial calmly discussing the practicalities and politics of Farage’s plan to ‘sieve’ UK population - with no consideration of the threat to minorities and danger to the rights of everyone. Normalising a recipe for an authoritarian ethno-nationalist terror, ICE-style.
The Times editorial line: "sieve" the entire population so we can put 100s of thousands of people into camps.

"Removing a city’s worth of people would be an extended exercise. Identity cards would be a must if the population was to be sieved into legitimate and illegitimate camps"

Great insight into Kemi Badenoch and her politics
It's taken me all day to read it in sections but it's terrific. I'd been wondering why Will Lloyd left the Sunday Times but if it was to write at this level I get it. www.newstatesman.com/politics/uk-...

Zia Yusuf returns to Reform UK two days after quitting.

Explains return to Farage cult by claiming he was exhausted.

Now not exhausted enough to lead DOGE style team to slash jobs, public services, worker/consumer/human rights, promote uncosted policies

What some do for the stench of power.

Should we follow Putin out of the ECHR?

Or is it just another Brexit where we give up our rights in the vain pursuit of making migrants disappear?

New post from me assessing the chances of Prime Minister Nigel Farage - henceforth PMNF. I recently claimed a 10-20% chance of PMNF. Is that too low? Too high? This piece sets out what I think his challenges are. Not least the presence of a blond rival... 1/n

If you wouldn't accept "we are at risk of becoming an island of strangers" from Kemi Badenoch or Nigel Farage you probably shouldn't accept it from Keir Starmer. Don't pretzel yourself trying to explain why it's ok from the guy in the red tie.
