finally rewatching ep 2 with subtitles and I just gotta shoutout how good the 0713 guys are at communicating with each other. You can tell how stressed everyone is learning the dance and Cantonese lyrics, but they talk out misunderstandings calmly and respectfully. It's so refreshing 💖 #cmbf5

I hope Call Me By Fire (披荆斩棘) S5 will be good. I loved S4 sooooo much last year, that it's already going to be hard to compare.

I hope Call Me By Fire (披荆斩棘) S5 will be good. I loved S4 sooooo much last year, that it's already going to be hard to compare.

I was that kid who would pull out a volume of one of the encyclopedias at home, and chase words, gods, historical figures, science fact, from one volume to another for hours at a time. If someone finds the internet flat and "all magic lost", it says a lot more about them than the internet.
I know most of us probably heard "only boring people are bored" as kids. The same applies here. If the online world you inhabit feels flat and devoid of joy, that is quite literally a reflection of what you seek out and engage with online.

Nobody's ever really captured, to my satisfaction, the way that the internet -- though it promises infinitude, all of human experience & history & art & thought in one place -- has instead produced a kind of narrowing & flattening of experience, made the world seem *less* magic & full of wonder.
