This isn't just capitulation, it's setting Ukraine up on the chopping block if these demands were to be enacted. Defensible lines abandoned, army decimated, allies barred, Russia allowed to entrench and prepare the next inevitable attack. Outrageous doesn't even begin to cover what this bullshit is.
