They are beating people who maybe once had a broken taillight and sending them to foreign slave prisons while freeing the worst fraudsters and every corrupt pol. The juxtaposition is so stark and appalling.
NEW: The commutation Trump issued to David Gentile wipes away all further fines & restitution.

Gentile had been sentenced to 7 years for his role in a $1.6B scheme that defrauded thousands of investors.

Prosecutors had been seeking $15.5M in forfeiture.

This was a little boat with an outboard motor and 11 passengers. They hadn't taken up arms against the US or anyone. They were puttering along when they were hit by a missile from Trinidad. They weren't a threat when they were hit and the survivors certainly weren't a threat clinging to the wreckage

It's just... it's torture porn invented for school shooter types.

The agents are acting out this alienated incel fantasy of being able to pluck perceived enemies from public space and roughly, physically demean and ritually humiliate them in front of a live audience of passers-by.
It's a campaign of terror.

Her terror (and the terror of entire communities, forced into hiding) is not incidental.

It is a product they are manufacturing, a key part of the spectacle for their intended audience.

Which is the terrorized, but also the terror consumers.
Agents in Key Largo, Florida ripped this woman wearing medical scrubs out of her car as she screamed she is a US citizen. Agents cuffed her and put her in one of their cars.

She was eventually let go, per David Goodhue of the Miami Herald, who also took this footage:

This has nothing to do with the law, crime or illegal immigration.

It is about racism and ethnic cleansing.

Karoline Leavitt: “You’re either a U.S. citizen or not — You can’t be a U.S. citizen & a citizen of another country”

The Supreme Court thought differently as it ruled in 1967 that the government can’t strip U.S. citizenship unless a person voluntarily relinquishes it - not that they care

Hakeem Jeffries will never lead the Dems where they need to go in order to help the people.

He will choose restoration over reform because he has been groomed by the Establishment.

I wish people could finally accept this.

While everyone is just assuming the Jays will throw a lot of money at a high leverage reliever, I note that Fangraphs currently projects the bullpen as 2nd best in the AL (by 0.1 points) and I'm increasingly inclined to expect more marginal additions (my recent hobby-horse Hunter Harvey for example)

Trump: "It’s a hellhole right now. And those Somalians should be out of here. They've destroyed our country. And all they do is complain, complain, complain. You have her. She’s always talking about the Constitution provides me with – go back to your own country and figure out your constitution."
