A new date has been set for the start of the Prairieland Defendants’ federal jury trial: Feb 17!
We have been told by multiple lawyers this date is very unlikely to change. The North Texas federal court circuit in Fort Worth is well known for being fast and firm with trial dates.

Vance has given his blessing to both sides in the MAGA fight over antisemitism. Looks like we’re back to the 2015-2017 Alt Right when it united “civic nationalists” and fascists, which only split after Charlottesville. But now it’s the actual administration & not just 4Chan.

The story is insane. The acting head of cyber security, a Noem crony, repeatedly demanded to see highly classified information he didn’t need access to, and when staff set up a lie detector test as a condition to grant him access, he failed it. So DHS suspended the staffers.
