The HHS rule banning trans care from many ACA plans is open for public comment now. Only 3 comments so far.
Embarrassing how the media is completely ignoring this. There's likely over 200,000 trans people on ACA plans (1% of 24 million)

Often, white trans people will explicitly avoid evaluating the effects of their whiteness on their new axis of marginalization because it’s uncomfortable and they don’t put the work in.
Like. Look at trans twitter and how many Big Accounts are white vs. Black. Fuck, I was 4k which is “Big” for BT.

Being Trans entails so much self-reflection and re-examining what was previously normalized in life, it's hard to imagine transitioning without examining ALL of your biases similarly but many white trans people somehow avoid doing that 🙆♀️
