Sous vide flank steak. Delicious! A little of the comfy garlic oil, rosemary salt and pepper in the bag. 2 hours at 133. Pan seared. Rested and cut across the grain. With lime cilantro rice and confit garlic (which may look like cloves but are tender and sweet like butter). Yummers.

I would like to make America great again. We can do it. We tax the morbidly rich. We do a massive surge of winding for research, and all education, grade school, trade school, and all schools. Make sure people are fed and well paid. We can make it a trickle up economy.
