Bobs Red Mill has no added ingredients. Not sure if its changed, but in the past they used the less accurate optical sorting method on batches to achieve GF designation (vs purity protocol, which is grown and handled purely). 10 g protein, 6 g fiber in 1/3 cup of this product.

She’s honestly pretty badass. Skiers at her level have athletes bodies. They aren’t the thin, big-boobed waifs. She did a skin photoshoot a few years back imitating the cheesy (but much loved) “Lang Girl” ads — except she’s an actual skier with muscles and scars. I thought that was sort of badass.

Add in the necessary error checking, which often has to happen late in the project cycle because people who call it in are rarely on time, and it ends up making more work than it saves to produce a shoddier product. I‘ve already been on that treadmill. I made a lot of money in overtime fixing it.
