I took a photo yesterday as the sun was setting and I thought it would be fun to shoot it again while it was snowing.

Dig this.

Funny ya’ know. everyone in the world knows it takes a serious asshole to ban books— yet a large part of this country doesn’t care. They want to ban books
to show just how big an asshole they are. They seem to get off on that.

And you have a cuppa’ tea, which has been known to help solve quite a few problems throughout history. When trouble comes, what’s the first one hears throughout much of the world?

That’s right…

“I’ll put the kettle on.” 😉 ☕️🫖
Standing with a cup of tea in my hand, looking out the window. I don’t feel the peace I seek but at least it’s quiet.

Man, just wait until all the bacteria and viruses that have been accumulating in the now thawing permafrost for many centuries become active again.

Nothing makes one want to go to the mall like a reminder that we live in a fascist state with a mad king and none of our elected reps, who are clearly incompetent and oblivious, can be bothered to do much of anything. The thought of doing something seems insulting to them.

Used to love 90s Fairbanks TV for that same reason. The local ads were a riot. The newscasters unpolished—they looked a bit shabby like the rest of us. Granted I only watched the winter Olympics, cartoons, and ice hockey… and that was a good decade for those too.

Criminals who are completely unsuited for any employment, much less employment that gives them access to firearms. Hopefully we can put some folks in office who will commit to tracking these terrorists down, figuring out how many took part in the j6 assault, and holding everyone accountable.

Now then. That is a fair observation.
i just realized something...

Excalibur was already forged before king arthur drew it. likely then excalibur was forged for a previous welsh warrior centuries before him... meaning Excalibur isnt a medieval longsword... it's not even a roman gladius

but a 3rd century Celtic sword like this

There was never any doubt he stole it. Rich people have completely cleaned us out, and made it practically impossible for us to recover for decades. At the same time, they set themselves up for more theft from us on an ongoing, longterm basis. Elon stole a lot of data and added a lot of back doors
Oh, so he totally stole the money

I suspect we are celebrating far too soon. They will try again and again until the court does hear it, and the conservatives on the court playing judge would like nothing better than to overturn it with no explanation but as much cruelty as they can muster.

Watching the old All Creatures Great and Small from the BBC. The ones made when I was but a wee lad. Anyway. Revna understands the broad Yorkshire accent. Every time a farmer says “dog,” she looks at me like “what?”

I reckon she will be getting sort of annoyed at me soon.
