The dissonance of taking a dog to the Humane Society while arresting a 75 year old man who'd been in the US for 40+ years who then DIED in US custody.
WHOA. Sit with this excerpt. When ICE arrested the 75-year-old who died in their custody, he had a dog with him, Chulo, whose previous owner had already been taken by ICE.

ICE officers left Chulo loosely tied outside the humane society. He then got free and was hit by a car.
