the volume of LLM submissions is indistinguishable from an adversarial attack. sure this is probably cv padding (something that's plagued arXiv from its start) but if you planned a malicious attack on a great free resource, what would you do differently?
arXiv will no longer accept review articles and position papers unless they have been accepted at a journal or a conference and complete successful peer review.
