Moving so I’m trying to read as many of my unread graphic novels before I pack! Thought I’d start a thread. First up is Aquaman Andromeda by @therightram.bsky.social and @cjward.bsky.social - undersea cosmic gothic horror with shades of Lem’s Solaris. Thought provoking and beautifully illustrated!

I’m not necessarily saying humans are too dumb to be worthy of our spot at the top of the food chain but I will say that if there were 100 gorillas and one gorilla took 55% of all the bananas the other gorillas would beat that gorilla to death with their bare hands.

Exactly. Trans ppl are considered a “safe“ target, now that nearly 10% of the population identifies as queer, meaning just about everybody knows a gay person and is less vulnerable to propaganda about them.
Trans people, on the other hand, are maybe 1 or 2% of the US population.
