Prime Example:
There used to be a smaller Sobeys on Pleasant st. Dartmouth in a small strip mall.
They closed it, moved up over the hill next to the highway, and that building has sat empty ever since.
To this day.
Because Sobeys has a clause nobody who sells groceries, can rent or buy it.
