Alert to NZ nurses Omeprazole 40mg and Flecainide 100mg SR capsules now same colour scheme and size. Potential for error if blister packs being used, especially if omeprazole swapped in for flecainide.

I was really pleased with tonight's supper - I only had a bunch of asparagus, but combined with a square of puff pastry from the freezer and a bit of cheese sauce it came out surprisingly well.
