#bbcqt The ECHR has only prevented 13 deportations since the 1980s. Panellists mention leaving the,ECHR without any challenge as if it will solve everything. Leaving the Dublin Agreement along with leaving the EU caused the small boats. Brexit promoted by Farage and Johnson caused the boats.
