Our online Consultation workshop is tomorrow - come along, and we can help each other get through this.
If you are looking at the EHRC's consultation and feeling overwhelmed or unsure what to write - then come along and we will help you fill in together.

This mean you, and organisations you're a part of, can fight against the Supreme Court's attack on trans rights

One thing I've noticed is that as the unwillingness of authorities and institutions to actually listen to the masses becomes apparent, revealing modern "democratic norms" to have been a political fiction, people increasingly vent their frustrations and despair at their powerlessness on each other.

So many stories of immediate and direct and devastating impacts on trans children's lives since the Supreme Court and EHRC attacks on basic human rights.

In the past few days there have been so many harms that have already caused trauma, fear, pain, hopelessness.

How dare they. #ProtectTransKids

This sort of story comes as no surprise.
I'm wondering if I might even have interacted with the, now adult, child in this story.

This is ethicaly wrong on so many levels.

- Autism does not deny a person agency and bodily autonomy

- This stigmatises both Autism and being trans

- Neither are a disease and neither need cured

- Both need to be better understood and respected by society.

- It's misinformation

if there's one single message we need to get across to the public, it's that transitioning meaningfully alters your biological sex, and anti-trans attempts to deny that are word games that are so torturous and unserious that they can only be motivated by bigotry

THE CHAFF PROJECT

Hi! Are you cis in the UK and you'd like to support trans rights? Great!

How: buy a trans flag pin and wear it in public.

Why: chaff is an overwhelming amount of false positives so that when a missile gets close to the plane, it hits the chaff and not the plane.

We believe the Supreme Court – which disgracefully refused to hear from trans people before its decision last week – has placed the UK in breach of its obligations under the Human Rights Act.

So we’re readying a challenge – join us:

URGENT ACTION: Write to your MP to protest the Supreme Court ruling and the EHRC's proposals to impose draconian bans on trans people from single-sex spaces.
