We launched GenExile, our solarpunk city-builder, in Early Access last week. We had ~35k wishlists before launch (not a barnburner but not nothin').
And they said, "Well, there's no way you'll convert literally 0% of your wishlists to sales."

Last week I changed Firefox settings to use DuckDuckGo as my browser instead of Google, and now I can't believe I didn't do it sooner. No AI summaries on every search, an option to not display any AI results in the image search etc. So much better
