It’s wild to me that lawmakers are essentially being coerced via exhaustion/threats/etc to voting for a bill that hurts their constituents. What should be a moral decision is only being considered in terms of a political win or loss. Money and influence have corrupted our system beyond repair.

Pay close attention to the “Big, beautiful bill” - a lot of the proposed actions are set to go into effect close to or even after 2028. Remember this when the GOP tries to blame the impacts on Democrats.

Anyone who doesn’t think that the Zelensky meeting was staged to be a disaster, isn’t paying attention. It was all just a ploy to pull funding to cripple Ukraine’s defense so it will be easier for Putin to overtake it. The Russian assets are yelling from inside the White House.

Maybe it’s just me, but it sure seemed like that meeting was going better than it was supposed to, so JD had to open his mouth to make it go sideways. Don’t get me wrong, it was a shitshow before he chimed in, but he certainly made it worse. If you’re gonna be a Russian asset, at least be subtle. 🫠
