I used to DJ a lot. House and funk. Desert and warehouse. Some mixes at http://soundcloud.com/eriknelson but I’m not really here for promotion

Incredible thread.
I think it's now possible to make a poli-sci course that equips one for modern political analysis better than most classic theory and has a syllabus sourced entirely from random internet posts.

You should also not Balatro and drive!
But you can drive immediately after Balatroing
I have to admit, I swapped my addiction to alcohol to now being addicted to balatro.

I'm posting about electrical work woes, but before I got into that I went to the only protest of any size I know of having happened in my small part of Los Angeles. Easily thousands. And that was before the big downtown turnout.
The energy was amazing.

I have a camper van whose electrical system is a byzantine nightmare. A while back I ditched its on board generator and ran an inverter to the transfer switch instead.
Sometime last year the inverter detected a ground fault. Today, I found where it was.

So it goes without saying, but let's say it anyway: the concentration of attacks on trans people isn't because trans people are the only people fascists hate (although they absolutely do hate them). It's because they're the people they think non-fascists are least likely to defend.

I've decided the person who came up with this analogy put their finger on the point. -->

They said there are two kinds of humans. The ones who said they went through it & you can, too. And the kind who say they went through it, and they never want anyone else to have to go through that again.
