went 2 my first disabled run club today and it was so much fun!!! i didn’t really know what to expect but my guides said it was up to me so we did a long run at my 12:30ish mile pace and i could keep up a conversation the whole way!!!! so glad i gave it a shot :)

ran my longest distance for like a yearish (5 miles!) there were two races going on this morning on the trail and right around my halfway point they had an aid station set up with folks cheering runners on :~) like a free little hype tent
