Been a busy week(even busier morning!) at work. @traindems.bsky.social, partnership w @kategage.bsky.social & her great crew at Higher Ground Institute & Higher Ground Labs launched a first-of-its-kind AI course for Dems. Check out the @wired.com piece about it from @makenakelly.bsky.social.
“the National Democratic Training Committee (NDTC) is rolling out the first official playbook making the case that Democratic campaigns can use AI responsibly ahead of the midterms.”

I assume Trump is also going to throw a $45 million parade to celebrate the birthdays of the Navy and the Marines, right

We’ve truly lost our way in this country.

An 80-year-old vet who fought for this country just got arrested protesting Trump‘s parade. He deserves respect, not handcuffs.

Minnesota's Democrats & Republicans speak with one voice to condemn political violence.
Today we speak with one voice to express our outrage, grief, and condemnation of this horrible attack on public servants.

There is no place in our democracy for politically-motivated violence.

The ultimate LA curse.
May they all get stuck in L.A. traffic realizing that going from Venice to Los Feliz is going to take them four days
The fact they chose California as the flash point is also an indicator that they don't think these things through

LA has like 4M+ people. Sending every single ICE officer is ~20K, LAPD is 9K, LASD is 10K. Going in at 100:1 manpower – leaving zero bodies for literally anything else – is foolish

The most vital thing you can do right now is spread this message offline to normies. There is no "unrest", there's a protest. It has 400 people. LA does worse when the Lakers come in 3rd in a season.

Every book published in the United States is sent to the Library of Congress. Also, if you are under 16 you cannot use the reading room or order books.
Reporter: The president fired the Librarian of Congress. Why?

Leavitt: There were quite concerning things she had done at the Library of Congress in the pursuit of DEI and putting inappropriate books in the library for children.

-Paid family & medical leave
-Universal childcare
-Universal pre-K
-Expanded Child Tax Credit
-Programs to support reproductive health

And they're wondering why more people aren't having children?
