I’ve been shaking my head every few minutes, but chapter 6 has me especially angry - Sheryl Sandberg pushing her selfish UX decisions, and - more importantly - WANTING TO USE FACEBOOK TO BUY KIDNEYS IN MEXICO AND BRING THEM HOME IN HER HANDBAG.
I've been developing cold and sinus symptoms at my desk the last couple of days, and masking up as a precaution. (Not that I should have ever stopped.) Either I'm coming down with something (I tested covid- and flu-negative yesterday), oooorrrrr the capitalist grind is making me physically ill.

My credit card companies make it really hard for people to actually pay them money. Perhaps it's an antipattern to gather late fees on top of everything else. I am SO, SO sick of Bank of America and Wells Fargo's shitty UX, to the point that I almost want to cancel my cards with them.
