Backing up The Argument in NYT/Siena, Gen X still has an astonishing 49% approval for Trump (!), while Boomers have dipped to 42%.

Gen X is currently tracking at 12 pts to the right of the electorate on the generic ballot. Now 9 pts to the right of Boomers, which has to be the largest gap ever.

After training was cut from five months to 42 days, 1,200 new ICE officers with no prior LEO experience have already gotten their badge and a gun.

ICE had ~6,000 deportation officers in Jan. 2025. A year later, 4,200 new deportation officers have since completed training and 800 retirees came back.
