Many Americans are hurting right now because of the shutdown, but caving to Republicans won’t end the hurt.

Trump and his lapdogs continue to assert that they alone have the power to slash whatever programs they don’t like.

Deals with this regime are meaningless.

As Americans struggle with higher costs across the board, he's asking SCOTUS to freeze full SNAP benefits again.

Does it get more cruel than this?

They are letting diseases spread.

Too many already don't live long enough to get the benefits they paid into the system. The wealthy want us to work until we die, many in jobs that are hard physical labor. Not executive jobs with cushioned chairs, air conditioned rooms, assistants to get us a drink whenever we are thirsty.
A worker making $50,000 a year contributes to Social Security on 100% of their income.

A CEO making $20 million a year contributes to Social Security on less than 1% of their income.

Instead of raising the retirement age, we should scrap the Social Security tax cap.
BREAKING: Trump's head of Social Security says raising the retirement age "will be considered."

That's a betrayal of Trump's campaign promise to protect Social Security.
