Besides everything else, soldiers that launch missiles from drones at defenseless boats are not “heros.” They may be good at their jobs, professional etc, but there’s nothing heroic about it.

Goes without saying but what scotus does with the tarriffs case will be monumental.
Costco is right to challenge Trump’s unlawful tariffs. He abused emergency powers to sidestep Congress’s clear constitutional authority over trade. No president can rewrite tariff law on a whim.
