Holy hell. DHS just openly stated that its agents use “reasonable suspicion” to make ARRESTS. This is blatantly unconstitutional. The Supreme Court is clear that you need probable cause to arrest someone, as opposed to stop them to ask them a question or two. This is huge b/c…

There's no obvious way to dismantle the NYT or WaPo so it's my belief that we need to change their *reputations* so that people understand that they are right-wing outlets. Their liberal reputations put them in a unique position to harm discourse.

It’s not impressed enough that there are numerous organisations that engage in the equivalent of social hacking—Tufton Street ‘institutes’, media outlets, and yes, states. Social legitimacy of institutions is bottom-up and earned over time by serving others, not top-down, imposed and harmful!

It's pretty notable that mainstream, establishment discourse never ever ever considers giving liberal politicians credit for crime reductions. It's almost axiomatic that if crime goes down under a center-left leader it's either unremarked upon, or must be driven by something else.
