I'm shaking almost too hard to type. I entered SLC airport and heard screams and cries for help. I could see people gathered around, watching. I sped over to discover this woman face down on the floor, four grown men pushing her down, while she cried "HELP ME" and pled for her child.

I have approximately zero following on this app, sharing in the hopes it can get in front of the right person. A man I went to college with’s wife was kidnapped by ICE at a green card hearing, and he’s trying to find a reporter who will speak to him about the situation

I was back at 26 Federal Plaza today, where an ICE agent violently threw this bereft woman to the ground in front of her kids. She had not touched him. She did not pose any threat. She had to be taken to the hospital. (🎥: Elias Eliahu)

There is, as of right now, no coverage of this protest on the WaPo website or in their @washingtonpost.com feed.

So, if you (you reading this) want people to SEE this protest, you must share it.

Don't feel like doing a repost that puts the murder video on the timeline yet again but do feel like repeating the point that the president just straight-up assassinated 11 people for supposedly doing something that wouldn't be a death-penalty crime if they were caught and convicted

Just to be clear - the MAGA freaks are celebrating sugary cola (39g/12oz!) as a “health” victory while they are bringing back asbestos, paraquat (one of the most toxic pesticides to exist), eliminating clean water and air protections, and more than 10 million Americans are losing healthcare coverage

🚨 ICE disappeared a woman on Wednesday night. She was grabbed by men in plainclothes and taken to an unidentified location.

ICE is refusing to say where she is being held. It’s 72 hours later and not even a dedicated team of lawyers can find her.

This is WRONG. We can’t let this be the new norm.

It’s obvious but worth drawing out what raids of Home Depot’s of all places is about. It’s rounding up people who are really eager for work and for whom there is work, peoples whose labor is in demand. We know this but shows just how far it is from rounding up just the bad guys.

A lot of what government does is prevent bad things from happening, which is a problem because it is difficult work and you don't get credit when bad things don't happen. But you should get blame when you make it more likely that those bad things will happen.
