I was sat in gridlocked traffic in Barrow-in-Furness when they played that audio from the oval office yesterday. I don't know if that location and situation is a factor but I've felt exhausted and anxious and furious ever since.

Any #audient evo16+sp8 users looking at this? Having an issue with the word clock coming out of the evo16 supposedly being at 88.2khz when the unit is at 44.1khz. SP8 is set to auto sample rate as per Audient instructions. This is driving me a bit mad.

Neil Kulkarni left us a year ago. He ripped through the music press like a benevolent hurricane, laid waste to monumental mediocrities but never punched down. He was fired by a raging sense of inclusivity, the belief that things could, should be so much radically better for everyone. Sorely missed.

Third time I've tried to get into Reaper, and I think it's finally sticking with me. Haven't even got into customising the UI but I've used it to mix a bunch of tracks and liking it a lot. The big test will be how I like it for tracking and editing (particularly drums).
