Using fancy words doesn't make you more convincing; it only draws attention away from what you’re saying to the way you’re saying it, making you *less* convincing.

A federal judge has enjoined the TikTok ban in Montana (meaning the ban won't go into effect).

The court called the ban a "fundamental constitutional violation" based on the First Amendment, and noted how anti-Chinese sentiments permeated the state's case (& legislation itself).
