In Osaka 2009, my friend and I got super lost looking for the aquarium (pre-smart phone) and this old man saw us and we just were like “Kaiyukan??” But bc he didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Japanese, he couldn’t give us directions so he took time out of his day & walked us all the way there

New Mexico nature peeps! There is a fairly sound in the yard that sounds sort of like a hammer/bark/boom, but feels organic. Single call, pause of varying length, repeat. I am in the very bottom of Santa Fe County, and none of the frog or toad calls I can find fits.
Anybody got any ideas?

I like.. Hot. Spicy. Lovely. (that's important). I think what I read is the same as what I share with a small circle of friends. Most of the stuff I'll share is not nearly as spicy, really as the stuff I like to read.
But for a certain group, there's no difference.

Oh I completely forgot! I have a story I'm working on about a woman in her 20s who goes on holiday with a family as a babysitter for the kids (during the evening). She thinks the parents are going to make a move on her because she's correctly identified that they are swingers.
