I’m so jealous of everyone who didn’t know until Biden’s announcement that you can be surprised by a stage 4 cancer diagnosis.
I’m sorry to scare everyone but yes it is totally possible for someone to be walking around with stage 4 cancer, to have had many blood tests, and to not know until a doctor sees it on a scan.

I don't know what this means, but I'm the one who wrote a fully updated, 624-page hurricane response plan at FEMA that took over 2 years of work and careful coordination among state and federal agencies. He could start by studying that.
