I lost my Dad today. While he left school at 14 he taught me so many of the lessons I value most. He was strong, gentle, generous & boy was he resilient. He died as he lived, peacefully, full of love and full of thanks for the amazing nurses who made his last weeks so comfortable

In S4E08 of NORTHERN EXPOSURE, we learn that one of the Thanksgiving/Day of the Dead traditions observed by the native population of Cicely, Alaska is just casually pelting the local white folks with tomatoes, to which the white folks are mostly like "yeah, that's more than fair." It's pretty great.

Said that the UK tax payers were paying for our pensioners WFA because there's a rumour that our SNP Government is going to reinstate the WFA.
Just saying that Scots pay taxes too & our energy is being sent 'free' to England, Wales & NI 🙄
