So much of #Edinburgh’s streetscape has been converted into private car storage.

Without consultation, gradually over time we’ve become numb to ever increasing number and size of private belongings stored in public space.

Cars ≠ thriving streets or successful public space

We need #StreetsNOTroads
I spent most of Tuesday following the "Singing Street" around to take photos of the filming locations. It was very hard not to be struck by streets that were once playgrounds now being car parks. In other places there is still a bustle of life, but it is now tourists playing, not skipping girls

Any MSM news outlet fancy giving their audience a personalised in-depth biography of 1 of the dead Palestinian hostages returned by Israel, still shackled & showing signs of torture? Of course, many of them are unidentified, making it harder.
The dehumanisation of Palestinians continues.

The firms will soon say its too hard to not have their cars run people over so they need further jay walking laws etc.

This is part of a good 2023 Russian joke during the Sweden / Finland accession issue. When God heard that all Russians automatically go to heaven, heaven applied to join NATO. (Brits & Russians do share a certain sense of humour).
More nuclear threats from the Russian propagandists should Ukraine get Tomahawks.

Solovyev has said that "they [the West] will die but we'll go to heaven" at least three times in the past couple of weeks.

Perhaps, if British Home Secretary Shabana Mahmoud believes pro-Palestinian protests should be cancelled as a mark of respect for the victims of the Manchester attack, the government could also cancel its arms shipments to Israel, as a mark of respect for the victims of genocide .

Many people in the UK had no idea who Charlie Kirk was before yesterday. Now, the BBC is running a whole programme on him. Strange that they see his murder as more significant than Israel’s assassination of the Prime Minister of Yemen. #bbcbias
