This piece nails something I truly despise about Cuomo. Like Trump, he's the tofu candidate, where he takes on any flavor voters assign to him. He's more than happy to neve hold a strong position and to speak so vaguely that you can believe whatever you want about what he'll do as mayor.

He resigned because a report *he requested* found extremely credible evidence that he harassed about a dozen women. He stepped down in disgrace because he would have been impeached. He's corrupt and shouldn't be allowed anywhere near City Hall. Don't rank Cuomo.

If you rank a candidate in a ranked choice system—even if you rank them last—it is possible your vote could end up electing that candidate. If you don’t rank a particular candidate, your vote can never count toward electing them.
Is it limited choice ranked voting or something? Why not "Rank Cuomo and Adams last"?
