Oh & THERE'S A QUIZ! In the vein of "what Spice Girl are you?" from a 90s issue of Bliss, just answer a few questions (in the story www.nature.com/articles/d41...) & we will tell you which quantum interpretation you are (& do let me know which one you think correlates with which spice girl 😂)
Physicists disagree wildly on what quantum mechanics says about reality, Nature survey shows
First major attempt to chart researchers’ views finds interpretations in conflict.

My goodness - having found the data (thank you @richvn.bsky.social) it turns out that 30% of respondents say that superluminal action at a distance happens in QM.
50% of the Copenhagen people say it is; more than the 41% of the Pilot wave people - whose interpretation explicitly endorses it.
(1/2)
Nature survey on interpretations of QM for 100th anniversary. Still no alignment.
Surprised by a few stats here (Bohmian mechanics down at 7%, QBism/variants up at 17%+); Copenhagen still top but might be representing a don't-know-don't-care-probably-fine option.

The privilege of being straight is that you never have to look for these symbols. You don’t have to wait for someone to clock you or your partner, and wait to see how they’ll react.
It is easy when you’ve had that privilege to eye-roll about symbolism and how unnecessary it feels…

Unfortunately, multiple sclerosis does not get better if you just try harder.
Also in the data:
- There are 97 seats where at least 80% of PIP daily living claimants with arthritis are at risk
- Over 70% of claimants with multiple sclerosis and neuropathic diseases in Lewisham East and Sheffield Heeley are exposed to the rule change

The constituencies set to be hit hardest by Labour's PIP benefit cuts
Over half of disabled people with daily living needs in parts of England and Wales could lose their PIP under Labour's benefit cuts.

Please refrain from using "folklore" in papers for results nobody can trace!

Either it's widely taught, or you have a reference for it. If it's neither, then folklore just means "I have a friend who told me" (let's hope the reader knows your friend!)

Provide a self-contained proof in the appendix!
