"Detransitioner" is an extremely broad category that basically includes anybody who has transitioned at some point and then reversed or stopped their transition. Not every single detrans person is Chloe Cole or Kiera Bell, most are pro-trans ime, many are strong advocates for informed consent.

Whenever people attack repugnant conservative women's appearance, they remind women & girls that the worst crime a woman can commit is not abuse or hateful ideology but a failure to conform to patriarchal beauty standards. And that that's what is most important to them.
