One of the hard things that America doesn't want to talk about is that the median reading/numeracy comprehension is about 6th-8th grade for the general population across all age brackets, and if you want to give a college education to everybody you're going to have to deal with that.

What’s interesting about this case is that SCOTUS stayed the court of appeals’ mandate, right? If they go against Trump on the merits I wonder if some of his other shadow docket wins might be temporary, too. I understand those decisions caused lots of harm, but better than losing on the merits!
