You’ll be hearing from my lawyer. Not to threaten litigation or anything. Just, you know, to commiserate with you about my behavior.

Lots of new followers coming in so I am going to re-up this.

I am not a reliable source of information. I will link to the pleading if it is real.

I am barely a reliable source of entertainment.
My personal BlueSky etiquette:
1. If I make up a fake social media post, it will be in dark mode.
2. If I make up a fake pleading, it won't be in dark mode because that would look silly. Look for context clues.
3. I will quote skeet Mitch, he's a big boy. He can handle it.
Some BlueSky etiquette that I do my best to follow:

1. When possible, I link to articles and primary sources;
2. When possible, I link to materials that do not have a paywall;
3. When possible, I react to insulting inflammatory responses by blocking; and
4. I reply rather than quote posting.
We now have Westlaw Edge, an unnecessary and less pleasant UI.

Administrative law professor Jonathan Adler @jadler1969.bsky.social has a series of posts on why this is not a wise legal or practical strategy even if someone is opposed to environmental regulations.

Tomorrow the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is expected to release its final rule rescinding the "endangerment finding" for greenhouse gases.…

Unfortunately Marx's obsession with Hegel makes it very hard to trust his judgment about the quality of philosophers.

How to fix 42 U.S.C. 1983 with a simple seven word amendment:

Whatever. I’m going to go get in line to ride the Cursus Honorum log flume.

In this skeet, Ken is referencing the sketch Carnac the Magnificent, where Johnny Carson played the role of Carnac and would “psychically” divine the question to which three answers was responsive.

Johnny Carson was the host of the Tonight Show.

The Tonight Show was an old timey comic talk show.

He probably told her the dong enbiggening injection was for her and not because it would give him a tactical advantage in the jump suit fitting.

I also think modern teams would adjust faster to rule differences further back in time than vice versa. Play under 1990 contact standards? Modern team would adjust, more contact from DBs and devastating hits. Older players adjusting to modern rules would be unending penalty machines.

So quickly we forget about the FTX Super Bowl ad.

If he did so a long long time ago, you are inflicting him on the Star Wars universe.

Hopefully the J.J. Abrams Star Wars universe, but the Star Wars universe all the same.

Imagine what Billie Joe Armstrong’s reaction would be if you told him when he was 19 years old that he would be playing pregame at a Super Bowl some day.

I asked grok if this was authentic and it said that this picture about South African white genocide is heavily disputed. And it made a dick joke.

This is about the only way you could arrange the words "go", "off", "jack", and "white" without it sounding dirty.

Luigi Mangione - Criminal Procedure Expert.
Judge Carro: That's it, June 8.
Karen Friedman Agnifilo: We will not be ready
[Luigi Mangione being removed, speaks]
Luigi Mangione: One plus one is two, common sense tells you this is double jeopardy

Did you also talk about Kash Patel’s girlfriend being an undercover mossad agent? Or just the penis one?
February 6, 2026 at 4:32 PM
To be clear, Wilkins is not likely to be an undercover Mossad agent conducting a honeypot. If that were true, she would be like "no sweetie, I would love to sit in on the boring intelligence meetings so I can see what your days are like" instead of castle tours and jetskis.

@kenwhite.bsky.social I also sent this to Josh because I care about the show having good content. But I also made it clear that this should not be understood as an invitation for you to avoid discussing Matt Kalil’s penis.
