According to DHS, if a US citizen observes and documents the actions of ICE/CPB personnel, this is "impeding a law enforcement operation," particularly if you are documenting unlawful or criminal conduct.

Imagined victimhood is a foundational tenet of fascism. Persecution fantasies permeate conservative politics.
