the actual solution here would be for people to employ us & not drive us out of our homes, but in the meanwhile a lot of cities will also need this, because EO-14321—“cleaning up america’s streets”—is real fucking vague about who’s “mentally ill” enough for institutionalization.

Not to mention that the sports side of the argument is extremely flawed as well and allows them to hide behind high level sports to be both bigots and jerks to children.

3) this is just misogynistic. It fundamentally believes that women aren't *really* athletes, we just pretend. Referring to any woman as anything other than a woman opens us all up to Christofascist definitions of womanhood, and puts us all at risk. It is NEVER "just sports" or "just bathrooms"
